Reliability

The GPS system-network on line and in our cars has been designed for better customer service, dispatching cars which meet all of your requirements. By registering your details as a passenger with our highly trained dispatchers the first time you use Kelowna Cabs, after that first trip is finished, you will be entered into our database with all your requirements. With just your phone number all of your details will come up and be confirmed with our dispatch and a car dispatched when needed.

For the busy hotel, doctor’s office, grocery store, restaurants, etc., we are now offering an auto-dial feature which will allow you instant access to our database. By registering your information with us, you can get cars automatically dispatched to one of four possible entrances in your business with just a phone call and a few number prompts. You will never be put on hold and can go on with your busy day.

*Taxi Fares are estimates only, based on average traffic flow and distance. Fares may vary according to time of day and traffic congestion. All rates are regulated by the Passenger Transportation Board of British Columbia. When traveling with any taxi company, provincial PTB regulations require that the fee for all trips be determined by the taxi meter. All taxi fares include Canadian "Goods & Services Tax" (GST).
